- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not:

9. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or force majeure events.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentralink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zentralink harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
